Smart Home Cinema – Voice Control is a local-first Windows software product available through separate product packages. Support is provided via email for installation, licensing, activation, setup, and general usage questions.

Please include relevant details when contacting support, such as:
- Operating system (Windows 10 / 11)
- Smart Home Cinema package used (VLC / PotPlayer package or Jellyfin package)
- Smart Home Cinema control edition used (Local Voice Edition or Voice Assistant Edition)
- Relevant player or server/client details, such as VLC, PotPlayer, Jellyfin Server, or Jellyfin client app
- Short description of the issue
- Any on-screen error messages (if applicable)
Response Time
Support requests are typically answered within a reasonable time frame. Response times may vary depending on request volume.
Important Notes
Smart Home Cinema – Voice Control does not provide or distribute any media content. Support requests related to third-party software, services, or platforms (Alexa, Google Assistant, TRIGGERcmd, OpenSubtitles, VLC, PotPlayer, Jellyfin Server, and Jellyfin client applications) are limited to integration guidance only.
For Local Voice Edition support, please also mention your microphone type, whether Local Voice is in Microphone Off / OFF Mode, Sleeping Mode, or Command Mode, and whether Windows detects your microphone correctly.
If the software requests a license rebind (for example, after reinstalling Windows or moving to a new PC), please contact support and include your license key. A manual rebind may be required to complete the transfer.
